Coaching and Mentoring Programs

Find a Coach or Mentor
When it comes to finding a coach or mentor, most people seek a referral from a friend or colleague. While this may help you to find a great coach/ mentor, they may not be the 'right' one for you. 
At TCP, we leverage our global network to ensure that our clients have access to the best coaches and mentors in the market, not just those who are in your immediate geographical vicinity. Specifically, our team:
  • Go through a rigorous selection process, including a skills audit, behavioural interview and reference checks. 
  • Have operational expertise in all areas of business, including (but not limited to) strategy, sales, technology, finance, risk, retail, marketing and HR.
  • Have personal experience working in Director and Executive levels.
  • Have access to leading practice tools, templates and materials that have been carefully selected to ensure quality outcomes.
