After the great success of the first LIVE show of ‘The Coaching Panel’ last week, I have already the next interesting guest lined up for you. My guest on The Coaching Panel on April 1st is Lee Lam. Allow me to introduce to you Lee and her coaching niches.

Lee is a Relationship, Communication and Confidence Coach, having trained four and a half years ago. She qualified with an Advanced Diploma with the UK Coaching Academy. She is an NLP Master Practitioner, qualified to train the trainer and runs her own successful Coaching Practice, Lee Lam Coaching. She works alongside a variety of companies, such as concierge services, dating agencies, appraisal providers, consultancy companies and training companies.

Coaching Niches
Relationship and Communication Coaching

“Communication is about building relationships, however brief, that enable each participant to feel that they were heard, valued, and understood.”

Lee believes that individuals need to feel empowered – but much of that power comes from the value and energy they get from their relationships. This works both ways – lots of positive, loving relationships can help you achieve incredible things – but bad relationships can drain your energy, enthusiasm and drive. Lee’s experience with clients has shown time and time again that relationships are only as good as the communication the parties have. By working on how they communicate and helping clients identify all the signals they are sending out, rather than just the words they use, Lee shows clients how to guarantee positive conversations and thereby nurturing loving, supportive and ultimately empowering relationships.

Confidence Coaching

“You will only feel confident when you realise that you no longer worry about feeling confident!”

Lee believes that underlying the frustrations most people have about their life is a fundamental issue with confidence. We all have dreams or goals that seem impossible to realise. We give excuses, such as lack of time, money or opportunity. But the biggest reason we don’t try to realise our potential is our own beliefs about what we can achieve. We tell ourselves that it is the world that is stopping us when really it is what we are doing to ourselves through a lack of confidence.
Our potential for greatness is evident when events force us to step up a gear - when we feel that we have to act, we begin to test our own boundaries and abilities and realise a level of success that we never thought possible.
Yet when the pressure is not on, we feel inadequate, unworthy or simply not good enough to improve our lives. So we do nothing and feel frustrated that we are not moving in the direction we want.
You are the same person in both situations - it is only the messages you are sending to yourself that change. Change the message and you can change your understanding of what you are capable of. Once you start to act, you can begin to accumulate examples of how much you can achieve when you put your mind to it. Such proof strengthens your motivation to continue to move and you start really pushing your own boundaries, to achieve even more.
I work with individuals who are ready to push their boundaries, to change their self-beliefs and to find their inner confidence.

Lee and myself are already looking forward to welcome you as LIVE listener on the The Coaching Panel on April 1st 2008 at 20:00 UTC.

The Coaching Panel

It finally sees the light, The Coaching Panel Radio Show. The concept of the show was created in my head some time ago, and until this date there has been some challenges on the route, but we have finally arrived at the first beginning step of The Coaching Panel.

The idea of The Coaching Panel has come to my mind as one of my niches is supporting and guiding coaches in their growth to coaching success. And as I started in 2007 my own internet radio station ‘Radio Coaching’, I wanted to do a radio show where other coaches have the opportunity to present themselves to the world via the radio.

So, I am looking forward and eager to present to you soon the first live guest on The Coaching Panel. Stay tuned and come back in the near future so that you can be present to learn more about my guests and what they can offer you.
